Estée Lauder x Birchbox

This month Birchbox partnered with Estée Lauder Companies to create two boxes with some of their best products. Birchbox is donating $104,000 to BCRF and Estée Lauder supports BCRF every year with pink products. I selected Power Pose. Here's what I received:

I love my chubby sticks but I think this color is a little too dark for me so I'll be passing it on.

You may recall this moisture surge was one of my "Don't Believe the Hype" products. Thought if I mixed it in with Cover FX's drops it may help. So far nothing spectacular. The drops are wonderful on their own. Update: Finished the sample with the drops combined but it didn't help. Still a pass for me.

This is the main reason for selecting this box. I was in need of a new eye cream. "With exclusive ChronoluxCB™ Technology, it maximizes the power of night to re-ignite the light that can fade due to fatigue, pollution and age." Only been using it a few nights and so far I like it. Will report back once I've finished the sample.

$295?! Oof. "Visibly reduces lines and wrinkles, lifts and firms while brightening and illuminating the complexion. The ultimate luxury experience, this unique formula combines an unprecedented botanical jewel, the Sea Emerald with Samphire extract and innovative Peptides, nestled in a highly nourishing, rich texture adapted to the driest skin." It is a really thick cream that you don't need much of. I really liked how my skin felt so will definitely be milking this sample as long as I can since I won't be dropping $300.

I also added on this bella j. candle because I was on the market for a new candle. This one sounded like it smelled great. Each candle features a little surprise so I'll share what was inside once I burn through it enough. Update: Here's the charm that was inside!

What did you receive in your Birchbox this month?
