Review: MAKE UP FOR EVER Ultra HD Invisible Cover Stick Foundation

In my Sephora birthday haul I picked up MAKE UP FOR EVER's Ultra HD Invisible Cover Stick Foundation. I've heard wonderful things about their foundations but was intrigued by the stick style. It is on the pricier side at $43 but it had a shade light enough for me so I took the chance.

Clean, sleek packaging

The claims: "Ultra HD Invisible Cover Stick Foundation creates a flawless complexion on camera, and to the naked eye. Developed specifically for the film and TV industry's most advanced technology, it is completely invisible under the latest, super-focused 4k lens. The revolutionary foundation contains amino acid coated pigments that provide medium-to-full coverage with a lightweight, second-skin texture that looks just like skin. It leaves a natural-looking, radiant finish, and it’s formulated with hyaluronic spheres for time-released hydration that is perfect for normal to dry skin."

Happy lady!

A lot of claims right! I don't know about the 4k lens one but it did create a flawless complexion that looked great in the photos I took. I've tried it under different circumstances - sometimes with a primer, sometimes without and it has lasted either way. I have normal to dry skin and it didn't feel like it was drying or clogging up my pores. It leaves a matte finish, which I'm more in favor of. I really like this stick so hope it doesn't start to build up grease like my Maybelline Fit Me® Shine-Free Foundation Stick did. (Yes I sanitized it after using).

Would I buy it again? Yes!
