Review: Harvey Prince Sea Salt Texturizing Mist

I promised you a review and I'm living up to it! I received a sample of Harvey Prince's Sea Salt Texturizing Mist in my May Birchbox but May felt a little early for beach waves. Now that summer is in full swing and I got a new 'do, I've been wearing the look.

L: Before curling iron (you can see the volume) // R: Post curling iron (a little more tame)

This mist is $22 for 6 oz. It is 100% organic and promises to give volume to your hair while giving it natural summer wave. I used my trusty method and applied to damp hair. It looked a little crazy because my hair is shorter now but once I finger combed it and took a curling iron to a few pieces I really liked the results. It definitely did give my hair some more oomph while adding a natural wave. It also smells really good. I know some folks are picky about the smell of their sea salt sprays. I still personally prefer Julep's sea salt spray which is the same price (but for 3.9 oz).

Verdict: If your hair is naturally straight like mine it may need something more heavy duty than this mist. However, if you're looking for a light wave with some volume then pick this up.

What sea salt sprays do you enjoy?
