Limited Edition Holiday GLOSSYBOX

I received the Limited Edition Holiday GLOSSYBOX which was a gorgeous velvet red box with gold details. It featured 7 full-sized products + a perfume spray valued at over $140. It might be my favorite GLOSSYBOX yet! Here's what was inside:

Loved the packaging inside & out!
Calvin Klein REVEAL Eau de Parfum (.5 fl oz/1.7 fl oz $70) | CARGO TexasLiner Liquid Eye Liner (.08 fl oz $20) | Jouer Moisturizing Lip Gloss in Wind (.24 fl oz $20) | NCLA Nail Polish in "Satin Sheets, Velvet Ropes" $16 | TEADORA Rainforest At Dawn Nourishing Lip Butter (.5 oz $15) | The Lip Bar Lipstick in Crimson Wonderland (.12 oz $25) KORRES Volcanic Minerals Volumizing Mascara in Obsidian Black (.27 fl oz $20) | Not pictured: Obsessive Compulsive Cosmetics Loose Colour Concentrates in Smote (.08 oz $10)

I like the compact size of this eyeliner as someone with smaller hands. The brush allows you to apply either a thin line or a thicker cat eye look. The name was hilarious. I was pretty impressed.

Loved the packaging of this lipstick - so beautiful! It fits pretty awesomely into my black & white bathroom decor. I don't want to use it lol just want to have it on display. Oh yeah... it's a pretty red too.

Charlie Hunnam not included.

"Salt accords, white and black pepper at the top blend with the heart of powdery iris and ambergris. Sensual and rich sandalwood gives this fragrance the signature and constructs its base together with vetiver, sandalwood, cashmere and musk." AKA the Charlie Hunnam perfume lol. I wasn't expecting to like this perfume since Calvin Klein perfumes tend to be too much for me but I was pleasantly surprised. It's a softer kind of sexy like Narciso Rodriguez's Her. I just might buy a full-sized when I'm finished.

"This Obsidian black is formulated with volcanic minerals for the deepest, darkest color and an explosive increase in lash volume. Rich pigments blend with natural film formers to create a flexible yet strong coating that covers every lash. Provides a glossy, luminous finish with a flexible conditioned feel, without any smudging or flakes for optimal, long-wearing benefits." Was not impressed. I didn't notice a "glossy, luminous finish." It smudged and flaked on me. It was also impossible to take off. It did smudge less when I layered it over another mascara so I just may finish it that way. But not my favorite.

Couldn't find this polish on their website but most NCLA polishes are $16. The name is very 50 Shades of Grey but I love the color. I snapped a pic of it for my Julep box review. But this polish chipped terribly for me. Such a bummer because it's the perfect red holiday polish.

What did you receive in your GLOSSYBOX this month?

Disclosure: I received a free box for review. All opinions expressed are my own.

  1. This box was a winner! Love the lippie shade and that polish is gorgeous, too. :)
