Mani of the Week: Faded Pastels

3.1 Philip Lim Spring 2012

Pastels are always a big warm weather trend. Something about them makes you feel fresh and light. I recently received Julep's Jessica during a swap and thought it would like great with some other Julep pastel colors I have. I did the sponging affect to create what I'm calling a "faded pastels" look.

Julep Jessica | Julep Renee | Julep Blake | Kiss Nail Art Brush in White | makeup sponge
Place all the colors on the sponge as desired
Not cleaned up yet

Do you like the look?

    1. Thanks - definitely get a sponge. I just use the cheap-o ones at the drugstore!
