Best & Worst Dressed at the SAG Awards

Tonight was the 18th Annual Screen Actor Guild Awards and there was a lot of ugly. Let's break down the red carpet...

Best Dressed: Michelle Williams in Valentino. You can't go wrong in red Valentino.

White once again was a popular choice among the celebs.

Everyone raved about Zoe Saldana in Givenchy Haute Couture. I thought it was awful and definitely a Worst Dressed nominee.

I thought Rose Byrne looked fresh in an Elie Saab pantsuit. I like seeing a woman in a pantsuit on the red carpet.

I wasn't a fan of the embroidery piece on Viola Davis's Marchesa dress but her body is amazing. Congrats on the win!

And what is this Badgley Mischka get up Kelly Osbourne is wearing? Looks like something her grandma could knit.

Muted grays were a big trend.

Kristen Wiig's Balenciaga dress fit her beautifully but THAT CHOKER! WHY?!

I usually adore Sarah Hyland of Modern Family but this dress is ugly and those discs have to go.

Lea Michele once again was trying too hard with this high slit Versace gown. I also thought her hair was too casual for the occasion.

Naya Rivera was safe in this sequined Naaem Khan gown. It was definitely an improvement from the Globes.

I felt like Octavia Spencer was too covered up. She showed off her curves beautifully at the Golden Globes!

My girl Tilda Swinton was understated and cool in this dress.

Black is always popular during award season.

Emma Stone was a fashion darling in McQueen.

Angelina Jolie's black Jenny Packham looked like liquid but I wasn't a fan of her back tattoo hanging out - not classy.

And showing how not to wear Jenny Packham was Ashlee Simpson.

Stacey Kiebler did her best not to upstage George Clooney in Marchesa.

Tina Fey and Jane Krakowski were both a no in black.

Worst Dressed in black were the Glee cast members Heather Morris and Amber Riley. The dress is not flattering and that bow!

I was hoping to see more green on the red carpet. Perhaps Emma Stone is saving it for the Oscars.

Emily Blunt stunned in Oscar de la Renta. Loved this color!

Ellie Kemper of The Office and Bridesmaids wore this green sequin Lorena Sarbu number which showed off her body with a high slit.

Blue was stunning on the red carpet from bright cobalts to midnight navy.

Jessica Chastian of The Help showed off her slim figure in a form fitting Calvin Klein dress.

Jane Lynch looked great in a cobalt dress.

Diane Lane was effortless in a David Meister one shoulder dress.

I felt like Melissa McCarthy looked too casual in this navy Badgley Mischka dress. Maybe she'll wow me at the Oscars?

Kaley Cuocco was overwhelmed by her feathered Romona Keveza gown and the hair was just bad.

From soft lavenders to bright hues... the stars were gorgeous in purple.

Julie Bowen in Temperley. Gorgeous color but wasn't her best look.

Regina King was stunning in Alberta Ferretti.

Julianna Margulies opted for purple again but in a soft lavender Calvin Klein form fitting dress.

There was also a lovely raspberry color on the red carpet.

Sofia Vergara showed off her curves in Marchesa.

Dianna Agron wasn't at her best with this look. The hair was frizzy and I hate the hanging fabric in the front.

Like yellow was a surprising trend at the Golden Globes, there was a surprising trend at the SAG Awards - Cut outs!

Kyra Sedgwick looked sexy as ever in Gucci.

Amber Heard's Zac Posen dress was a little off.

Jenna Ushkowitz of Glee was awful.

Worst Dressed: Shailene Woodley in L'Wren Scott. This print is awful and it aged her so much!

Who are your picks for Best and Worst dressed of the night?

  1. Lea Michele actually looked pretty amazing in the grey dress, although I think she is trying WAY too hard lately.

  2. I find the cut-out dresses very interesting and also the pantsuit is a welcome trend :)
