FBFF: New Year's Resolutions


This week's FBFF we are discussing our New Year's resolutions. Now I don't really believe in making them because it just sets you up for failure. Losing weight, joining the gym, eating better are always on the top of the list. As Style Me Bad pointed out it's good to start small. Here are some small resolutions I shall try to stick to in 2012:

1. Add more fresh food in my diet.
2. Do at least 20 minutes of stretching to start the day.
3. Walk to work at least 3 days out of the week.
4. Make more time for friends.
5. Laugh more!
And make 2012 a fabulous year!

  3. Thank you for the mention! Stretching is a great goal and sooo important! I have so many goals for this yr! Getting fit and getting back into dance are most exciting!

    I'm planning to start exercising (for a half hour or more) three times a week.
