N:F:P Studio Fashion Show And I Got A Portrait!

On Wednesday, I attended the fashion presentation of N:F:P Studio or New Form Perspective designed by Gail Travis at Wix Lounge. It was a really cool show because it offered something unique. Models came out with items in hand and hung them on a rack, then another model would come out and try that piece on. They would walk down the runway to a mirror and transform the pieces. Very cool!

I enjoyed that we all got a front row seat - all equals!

She was a really great model

Loved this girl's hair!

Have to have that wrap!

Last looks

I loved the collection because it was wearable and looked super comfortable. I especially like a scarf/wrap that had sleeves. Looked nice and cozy to snuggle up in for the winter. It retails for $135.

At the end, all the models came back out and let us examine the looks.

I was barely able to snap the designer as she whizzed by!
That's me!
After the show, we were able to get our portraits painted by Maegan Morrison Illustrations. She was an adorable fashionista herself and we were both rocking the ballerina buns. I love how my portrait came out so definitely check out her site!

This is the outfit I wore:

- Kohl's polka dot blouse from the Lauren Conrad collection (such cute stuff!)
- Calvin Klein petite "paper bag" waist pants from Zappos
- My Birchbox friendship bracelet
- Nude heels from Naturalizer (from Zappos awhile ago)

I took some inspiration from my Paper Doll Project partner to make these pants more feminine. How did I do?
